Our orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.
Shipping Times:
- Orders will be shipped after 3-4 days of purchase. Standard shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please refer to our shipping options during checkout for estimated delivery times to your region.
- For custom-design items, shipping typically takes approximately 2 weeks to ship from our studio to your hands. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as it is dispatched to you.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- Please note that we are no responsible for packages lost by USPS.
- If there is an error in the address and the package has already been shipped, we are not responsible for the re-delivery, you will to repurchase the item.
Shipping Cost:
- Ah Mundo Store uses the United States Postal Service’s (USPS) for shipping. Our shipping rates are directly determined by USPS.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost. Please check during the checkout process for these options.
